Tax Preparation

Tax season is upon us again! For personal tax returns for the 2009 calendar year, we offer:

• Our annual client letter, outlining the latest information that you need to help us with your taxes.
• Our Tax Checklist, which provides us with the information we need to process your return.

Tax Checklist Instructions

You can submit your Checklist either electronically or manually.

1. To submit manually, download the checklist PDF (above), print it, fill it out and mail it to us at:

2. To submit electronically, download the checklist PDF (above), and open it with a recent version of Adobe Reader. You can fill the form out within the Reader application. Once you are done, save the PDF document; attach that file to a new message to thomaschase@on.aibn.com, which you can immediately send.
